There are moments in life when we feel a change coming. The season shifts. The light begins to change. Our energy changes with it.
As summer begins to soften into autumn, nature reminds us that nothing stays the same. There is a time for growing, a time for celebrating, a time for releasing, and a time for becoming still. Moving With the Seasons is a special Moksha Women’s Circle created to explore that transition together through both stillness & movement.
An evening to pause, breathe, reflect, connect and move, creating space to ask:
