Rhythm & Roots is a monthly gathering created with care, intention, and deep respect for each person who joins the circle.

This is not a performance space. There is nothing to get right, no rhythm to keep up with, and no expectation to participate in any particular way.

Instead, this is an invitation to arrive exactly as you are.

As we gather in nature, the drum becomes a bridge between body and breath, self and community, earth and spirit. Through rhythm, we gently peel away the noise of everyday life and reconnect with something more natural, instinctive, and deeply human.
