A Voice-Led Women’s Circle with Sound Bath - Friday 7th February | 3 hours
There is a part of you that already knows. A part that feels truth in the body before the mind catches up .A part that learned to quieten, soften, or shrink to stay safe. This circle is an invitation to reclaim her.
Reclaiming the Wild Woman is a deep, trauma informed women’s circle exploring voice, instinct, and inner authority. It is not about becoming louder for the sake of it , it is about remembering your right to speak, to feel, and to take up space in your own way.
What this evening is about
Many women grow up without initiation into voice, power, or sovereignty. Instead, survival taught us to adapt, to people-please, over-function, stay silent, or hold everything together. In this circle, we gently explore two archetypal energies that live within every woman:
